Chevron conveyor belts are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt. The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.
Characteristic: The belt is used for slope (0-45°) of material conveying, to prevent materials from falling off and improve conveying capacity. It select cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas as skeleton material, has different patterns.
Usage: It's suitable for conveying powdery materials, granular and small lump materials, also conveying packaged materials. The slope angle no more than 40°.
